Sorry, give it all the philosophical BS you want, that's not art. It randomly dropped clothes. There is an interesting idea here, but there is no skill, no talent. Going by this definiton every single landfill is a naturally, and inadvertent, occurring art show just waiting for the camera's to roll in. This is like when they hand chimps wet paintbrushes and encourage them to wildly fling paint around in the same way they do their own poo. Not art, just people with too much time on their hands. People really can stretch just about any definition of anything to fit any narrative when they try hard enough.

Thanks. Great document. He’s shouting the songs. About what you expect from a person on a white diet of cocaine and milk (with a fly in it). This is the expected quality of a cassette recorder snuck in to concert, so no disappointment on that account.

My all time favourite!!!

I believe this is the only live performances of this masterful song. In 2008 Bowie put out a CD called "iSelect" which is his hand-picked selection of his all-time favorite Bowie tracks. This was included on the CD. I have no idea why this amazing song was never performed more in concert. This version has AWFUL sound quality. Perhaps the song cut to close to the bone for Bowie. Ir is one of his his most personal songs. It's basically a lambasting of artists who only see art as a means to an end.

Wow! So ecstatic this exits, thought it never had a decent quality recording... I'm afraid his vocals are under seige of the white powder abuses... even Bowie had cited this particular problem in interviews decades later... too bad... still there are some good performances where his soulful effectations are all his own & not 'the side affects of the cocaine'...

Luv the studio version of this song... gives that LP it's real distinct cool flavor... here it's a bit thin in ways but still a rarity
